Swimming Layouts and a Back to School Layout

I've had a chance to scrap this week. I completed some layouts with pictures that were taken in 2010.

James and my grand daughter, Aliese.

My little Callie-bug. She is such a sweetie.

My sweet grandson, Isaac, and his daddy.

This is my grand daughter Kayana. She is such a happy little one.

Grandma Mary

My sweet Aunt Patty sent me these pictures of Grandma Mary with her school children today. I think I will make copies and post them in my classroom. I love and miss Grandma so much! She taught in a one room school house.

Imagine having eight preps and twenty eight students in one class. Many of the kids are as big as Grandma. I am glad I only have one prep.

I finished five layouts this weekend!

This has been a creative and productive weekend for me. I finished three layouts yesterday while Cayli was here, and then today, I kept on going and finished two more. I love scrapping!

First up is Isaac's Kindergarten picture. He loves school and is doing well in school. The "abc 123" border punch is from Martha Stewart.

Aliese and Sean are shown in their first family pictures. Aliese is so excited to be in family. She is a good big sister.

James and his beautiful family are shown in these pictures. Our entire family is thankful for Elaina and Sean and for the love they have brought into James's life.

Matt and Aliese are shown in pictures from Brandon's and Cayli's wedding day. There is hidden journaling behind the picture letting Aliese know that while we don't get to see her often, we always love her. This layout features felt flowers that I found at a yard sale and a Martha Stewart border punch.

Matt's favorite thing to do at the Kearn's Recreation center is to jump off the diving boards. He wasn't really old enough to jump, but he is strong swimmer and tall for his age, so we let him jump. He loves the water and has been swimming since he was three.
