Layouts 16, 17, and 18

I am nearly 1/5 of the way to being done with my frozen challenge. I only have three more layouts to do before I finish up 2012 Christmas pictures. I've used 39 sheets of paper (and a lot of ribbon) for the 18 layouts I've completed and not bought anything scrap related since I started this challenge. This means I am making room in my scrap area to organize what I have more efficently.

This is me with my granddaughter.

This is my grandson. I used MM foam stamps and acrylic paint on this layout, and I still like them.

This is my little granddaughter and her parents (my daugher and SIL).

Frozen Challenge layouts 10 through 15

I am making progress on getting product used and pictures into books. I pulled a bunch of Christmas paper and am scrapping my way through Christmas 2012

This is my son and his beautiful wife.
This is my Grandson. At our Christmas party we make homemade pretzels. The kids love to make and eat them.
This little sweetie is one of the two grandson who were born last year. The pocket with journaling is a gift tag.
This is my son and his beautiful family. I love being a grandma. I used an old piece of Hot of the Press vellum on this one and some glitter stars.

Still frozen layouts 7, 8, and 9

On two of my layouts this week, I used up a couple of really old things.

This first one is of Isaac climbing my hallway walls. I got the spiderman tag from an article of clothing or a bag or something. I've had it so long that I forgot. The other tag came from a blouse  I bought from Kohl's. The spiderweb ribbon has also been sitting in my stash for a long time.

I used up a piece of Hot off the press vellum on this layout. I thought it went well with the CTMH Mistletoe collection that I found at a yardsale this summer.

I used some old rubons on this one. This is my little Callie who was very afraid of Santa. This is also paper from the CTMH mistletoe collection.

Layouts 3, 4, 5, and 6 of my 100 layout challenge

I've been in the scraproom again using up my stash. I'm still on my spending freeze wishing I could have fellow scrappers over to do a stash swap.

I am trying hard to use up my ribbon. All of these have at least a little ribbon. My goal to get my the ribbon I own to fit in the storage system I currently have. I have a way to go.  Six pages down, 13 pieces of 12X12 paper used, 94 layouts to go before I get to buy something new to scrap with.

My husband does not want his picture on the internet, so in this layout, he is the ghost.
The grandkids love my son. He is such a good uncle.

Scrap Spending Freeze

I have challenged myself to not buy any more scrap supplies until I make 100 layouts using the supplies I have on hand. I can still buy adhesive and blades but nothing else.

I made two layouts and five cards this weekend but only the layouts count toward my challenge.

This first one has pictures of my oldest son and his family, plus his little brother (my youngest son). With the exception of the large 12X12 paper, I used all scraps on this. I made the leaves by stamping, embossing, and inking them.

This one has pictures of my youngest son and two of my grandchildren. The leaves are real. Again, all the paper with the exception of the large background paper was from my scrap bin. I used up an old slide holder. I am also trying to use fiber and ribbon as I have so much. I'd say too much, but I'm not sure that is possible - at least for me. I used ribbon or fiber on everything I made this weekend - including the cards. I don't want to post the cards because some of them go to people who read this blog.
