Daddy's Boy

Newborn Vincent and his daddy.

I scraplifted a page from Jace's album. I figure why try to reinvent when my brain is tired.

The title is from a pack of letter stickers that I've almost run out of ways to Frankenstein. The y is a g that has been opened up.

I'm going to miss these little buttons when I run out of them. They are perfect for baby layouts.

Lego, 5th Birthday

My granddaughter had a Lego birthday party with a lot of fun activities for the kids.

I struggle to scrap with primary colors, but I like how this turned out. I used a few scraps and a sheet of white for matting.

The title is foam letters from WalMart, but I used a darker red ink on them. I used an old sticker with a five on it and some old rubons.

I found the Lego brads at a yard sale for a dime.

Grandma loves you

This is little Vincent. I need to print pictures from 2015 and 2016 so you can see these cute babies now that they are all turning two.

He was having a hard time keeping his body temperature up, so they had him quite swaddled.

The stars came from a pack of stickers that I picked up on clearance at Hobby Lobby.

This title is from Provo Craft from years ago. The Loves you is a Cricut cartridge.

This cute little lamb is a clothing tag that my daughter saved for me. Even my little grandkids save bits and bobs for me to put into the scrapbooks.

Angel

My sweet little, Livi.

I usually mix collections because to be honest, I really don't care about brands and can never remember which brand is which or what a collection is called. It's all pretty paper to me. The title on this one is an Angels tag from a pair of jeans. I used the bottom of the tag below the pictures. Everything that enters into this house is potential scrapbook fodder.

Here you can see the bottom of the tag. What looks black is actually metallic silver.

Huggable

I can hardly believe all these sweet grandbabies are turning two this year.

This is Aria all dressed up in her Minnie Mouse gear. Everything except for the background paper is from my scrap file.

I've gotten my money's worth out of these letters. The e is another letter all curved into an e.

Sweet, Little, Bald headed Baby

I thought I'd miss his perfectly shaped little bald head, but now he has such cute curls that it's okay that he grew hair.

I didn't use many embellishments on this page. The buttons were sitting on my desk and just happened to match. I punched out a few tiny circles from glitter paper to use.

Birthday Girl

I don't enjoy creating two page layouts but sometimes I have more pictures than will comfortably fit on one page.

This is from my granddaughter's birthday.

Look at that old plastic photo corner doubling as an arrow.

Dancer

One of the joys of grandmotherhood is that you get invited to all the grandkids' recitals. If someone invites you to be a grandparent, jump on it as it is the best thing ever.

There is so much going on with the background paper that I kept the rest of the layout simple.

These cute critters all lined up in the bench to watch Callie dance are from a Christmas card. Look around at things that weren't made for scrapbooking and you might be surprised at what you find.

Adorable Little Ute

Our college football team is the Utah Utes, and this little one is a Ute from birth.

I found the BG paper and the hearts and arrows at a yard sale. The "adorable" title was from a sticker pack on clearance at Hobby Lobby. It was a multi colored with polka dots, so I painted it white to match the layout.

Shadow and Rebel

These little dogs are growing up with the grandbabies and were also born in 2014.

I used the same BG paper for both layouts. The dragonflies on the top layout came in a page kit I bought at a yard sale.

Rebel has a cute little Mohawk that grows from his nose to above his eyes. He is such a loving little dog and will pet you to remind you to pet him.

Shadow has more classic markings and is such a people dog. The dragonfly paper is the remainder of a card that our daughter gave my husband. He doesn't save things, but I sure do.

I hand cut one of the dragonflies out to add to the bottom of the page.

Splash Mountain 1999

These are pictures taken with a non-digital camera back in the day. These two cuties are all grown up now.

Yes, I punched all those tiny dots and glued them around the paper.

The black Mickie ears are from one of those jaw-breaker suckers you can buy in the park. The glitter letters came from a yard sale.

We have to have a tiny Mickie head on every layout.
