Make a Wish

Matt had his birthday party canceled this year because of his sister's health, but he was a good sport. We gave him two birthday parties in 2015 to make up for it.

I was able to use up scraps on this one. The only full piece used was the black cardstock. Not that I am trying to save paper, but I like to use up scraps to empty out my bins.

 The red hearts are from a felt border. I cut them into individual pieces.

    I love how all the layered pieces have that banner edge. Just a nice way to tie it together. Fun color scheme too!
