Thankful for Scrapping

I had a bit of time to scrapbook before I gear up for finals.

This is my son and grandson playing video games. I left the red eye in to make them look a bit more freaky. I used a couple of cool tags from clothing on this one. The paper is from a yard sale.

This is my cute granddaughter and my grandson. She is so excited to be a big sister. There are a lot of different paper lines on here, but I am a bad scrapper and don't keep track because I don't really care what brand something is. If I like it, I'll use it and mix it with other lines.

These sticker letters are from Hobby Lobby. They are by the Paper studio I believe. I really like them and think I will go grab another pack. They are foam and glittered.

This is for Vincent's book. I love these two children so very much.
I picked up the striped paper at a yard sale. The blue was on one side the stripe on the other. I don't know what brand it was.

A mixture of stuff from many lines.

The same letter stickers from above.

General Conference Scrapping

I love to scrap while watching General Conference. It keeps me upright and I don't doze. I completed five layouts during October's conference. Yes, I scrap slowly.

This is Kalena with one of the new grandbabies that came last year.

The next three layouts are from 2007 - the kids were so little. For Matt:

For Aliese

For Isaac

I found these old pictures of Caitie and her boyfriend, Nathan, (who is now her husband) on her 17th Birthday. They looks so young.

Bikes and Pranks

I have two layouts to share with you.

We got an Xbox one for our son for Christmas two years ago and had his big brother come set it up. We wrapped the empty box and than acted surprised that there was nothing in it. We'd ordered it from Amazon, so we said we needed to contact them. We asked, "When we get them to send it, where will you set it up?" He said he'd put in on the surround sound unit. We said, "Show us," and had him show us. When he opened the cupboard and saw it all set up and ready to go, he was so excited.

We are just a little bit evil.

The snowman is a gift tag.
 I love these Thickers.
I added some old MM metal charms.

After he'd finally mastered riding without training wheels, we bought him a new bike.
I used letter stamps, a bike stamp, and a Stampin' Up stamp using Close to My Heart white ink.

Wheeler Farm

I completed three layouts from 2006, and all of them are pictures from Wheeler Farm. I had to make a page for each of the children in the photos.

The first page is for my son, Matthew. He and Aliese are so little in this. Big sister Caitie was right there helping them.

This page is for my daughter Caitie. She is such a good big sister and aunt.

This two page layout is not as yellow as it looks in the picture. The background paper is white. This was created for my granddaughter, Aliese. She is only eighteen months younger than Matthew, and he makes such a cute little uncle.

Getting into the Routine

Matt and his daddy went to Legoland a few years ago, and he wore the scorpion home to show me.

This other face paint didn't make it home.

I struggle with two page layouts and avoid doing them when possible, which means I have a bunch of pictures that need two page layouts. I guess I better get to it.

The Lego tag is from a Lego shirt - the yellow one in the pictures.

His admission ticket.

This is my sweet Grand daughter, Kayana. She loved this little doll and said it was her sister. Now she has a baby brother, so I haven't heard about Lily for a while.

This is my lovely daughter Caitie and her family. She is a good sport and made a little outfit for Lily to wear for family pictures.
