Eeeek! Pumpkin - Aria

This is one of my granddaughters. She loves a book called Aaaarrgghh, Spider! by Lydia Monks, so I used a play on that book for the title. I used old chipboard 3s for this title along with some letter stickers. My goal is to not buy any scrap supplies this year unless they come from yard sales. I need to get my stash back under control.

I used stickers and chipboard from several different companies. I never remember the companies, but if they work together, I use them together. I melted beads in the oven for the enamel like dots. I also used some old spiderweb ribbon on this.

The background paper was from a yard sale, and I love the spiders on it.

I found an old brad spider to add to the title.

I used two sheets of paper and scraps on this layout.

First Day 10th Grade - Matthew

In photographing this layout, I realized the rubons failed, so I'll fix that before I put it in an album. I also see some letter stickers that need a bit more glue.

The title is foam letters.

All of the rubons were falling off, so they will be replaced. The star is stamped and cut out as is "study time".

I put large white letter stickers on top of the white paper and lightly chalked the ones that say what I wanted. I am trying hard to use up old stash. I used stamps, bad rubons, and other bits and pieces on this layout.

Four sheets of paper were used in the construction of this layout.

The Healing Field - Matthew

I started with white cardstock and chalked the background using a mask.

All the tags on this layout are from clothing items. There are so many things in our environment that go great on a scrap page. My kids save their tags for me.

The title was made with stickers and my Cricut.

Another clothing tag with parts covered.

This is a transparent Polo tag. I used nail polish remover to take off their logo and leave the flag.

I used one sheet of 12X12 paper and scraps on this one.

Believe - Aliese Christmas 2007

This is my granddaughter Aliese.

The tree is from a gift tag.

The title is a mirror word that I got from Hobby Lobby along with the mirror stars at their Christmas clearance a couple of years ago.

Easter 2013 - Kayana

This page is for Kayana. The paper came from a kit that I picked up from a yard sale. This is Kayana, her mom, and her cousins along with Aunt Angie and Uncle Matt.

The chipboard came from Caitie's stash as she isn't planning on scrapping anymore. The title is glittered thickers, but the 'e' is made from g with their tails cut off and laid on their sides. I ran out of es. I used some photo tabs for the arrows.
The next two pictures have sticker tags from an Easter set of stickers and the chipboard is once again from Caitie's stash.

I used 1 12x12 sheet and 2 8x11 sheets for this layout along with a few scraps.

Easter 2013 - Callie

This layout is for Callie. I found paper that matched her dress.

The title is made from white glitter thickers, but I used chalk to make them match the layout. The flowers are a Martha Stewart punch. I cut them out and backed them with scraps from my scrap stash. I added a button to finish it off. The chipboard under them came from Caitie's stash. I sanded it and added ink to make it match. If you don't have what you need, make what you have work.
I used some old Easter/ Spring stickers on this.
More daisies to match Callie's dress from a Martha Stewart punch.
I used three full sheets of paper on this and some scraps.

This layout was made for Aliese. I used product that I got from a yard sale. The background paper came from Cayli and Brandon.
The title is old glitter stickers with glitter that stays on.

The ghost flowers came from a kit I picked up at a yard sale. I added pieces cut from a flannel border and some brads to the centers.

I used two sheets of paper on this along with some scraps.

Easter 2013 - Matt

This layout was made for Matthew. I used a doily and a piece of shiny paper that I bought over a decade ago.

 The details.
The title is glittered chipboard letters. The glitter doesn't come off. I love that.

I used chipboard flowers and leaves that Caitie gave me from her stash.
I used one sheet of paper on this and scraps.

Aunties - Xander

This was made for Xander. The pictures were taken when they came to visit us before they moved to Hawaii. The aunties are Cayli and Angie. The green on this didn't come out right on this picture. It is the green in the next two pictures.

I used some old metal on this layout. I used a sticker tag but added another sticker on top - the love you to the moon and back. I also added some punched hearts.
The title is foam letters that I picked up at Walmart. The chipboard circles were raw, but I painted them with acrylic paint.
I used three full sheets of paper on this and a few scraps.

Easter 2013 Isaac

I made this layout for Isaac's book. I used a large doily on top of the patterned paper. I also am trying to use up some ribbon.

The basket was from a present I received. I added a butterfly rubon and some paper flowers and buttons to it.

The title is sticker letters from two different sets. I used chalk to make the capital E match. I also added a rubon over it.

This tag has a rubon and an embroidered flower from a piece of ribbon.

I used two full sheets of paper on this, a couple of feet of ribbon, and some tags.

Fall - Kayana

This is my grand daughter, Kayana. She is such a happy and imaginative child.

I used several things that were siting on my desk for this layout. The heart was pale pink and yellow, so I inked it to match. I used one little strip of ribbon for this layout and tucked a bit of it into each cluster. The tiny leaves are from Jolee stickers. I pulled them apart and inked them so they would work. The word embrace came from the bottom of the Love piece in the next picture. I like tucking little pieces into my layout that would normally be thrown away.

This old slide piece was from a kit I picked up at a yard sale over a year ago. I embellished it to match the layout. The word embrace in the last picture came from this Love paper.

The title is from a some old glitter stickers. I am going to get my stash down this year.
I used two full sheets of paper and scraps on this layout.

Autumn Leaves - Vincent and Kayana

Caitie's kids playing in the leaves. This page is for Vincent. I scraplifted a layout of my own. The striped paper behind the picture of Vincent is a tag that I cut in order to make it look like it went behind the whole picture.

I am trying to use up my stash again. The tiny leaves and corn are Jolee stickers that Cayli and Brandon gave me. They were a wreath, but I pulled them apart to make them work for this layout. Don't be afraid to take what you have an alter it to work for your layout.

I used two full sheets of paper on this and scraps.

Newport Beach Brothers - Matthew and Brandon

A few years ago, Brandon and Cayli came to California with us. Matt is quite attached to this brother.

I stamped on this layout for the first time in a while. I need to do that more often. I used versamark clear ink and brushed Perfect Pearls over it. Remember Perfect pearls? I'm going to dig deep this year and use stuff up before I shop again. The peach and pink mat is scraps torn and pieced together to give it texture. The title is two different sets of letter stickers. I inked the bottom ones to make them match better.

I used  rub-ons and ink to make my old embellishments match my layout. I am never afraid to mix and match all product.
I stamped the circles and added them to the tag to pull them into a third spot on the layout.

I used two 12X12 sheets, one 8X8 sheet, and scraps on this layout.

Love is Family - Matt, Me, and Blaine

These pictures were taken at the LDS Temple on Oahu. Yes, my husband's head is missing. He doesn't like his picture on the internet. His head is intact in the actual layout and in real life :). I inked the stickers that spell family to make it match the layout.

The title is a tag from clothing. I like to use things you might not ordinarily use in a scrapbook. The flower is fussy cut from a photo that I took at the temple grounds that day specifically to use this way. The dragon fly is cut fussy cut from patterned paper. I have doilies, a feather, an old metal embellishment, and a crocheted flower in this cluster. None of these items came together in a kit, but they all work.

My daughter, Caitie, gave me some chipboard embellishments, and this sun worked great for this layout. I used a metal charm that I picked up at a yard sale in a bag of jewelry.

The dolphin also came in that bag of jewelry. I sanded it down a bit. Scrapbook supplies are all around if you look for them them.

I used 3 sheets of 12X12 paper and scraps on this layout.
